What aren’t we required to report on that you might see in these 360° photos?

  • General wear and tear

Australian Standards states it is neither intended nor expected that the report will include details of specific minor abnormalities. However a poorly maintained residence may have more numerous and extensive abnormalities than a reasonably maintained property. We offer this photo service so that you may more broadly gauge your prospective interests accurately.*
